Kimoto Kinzoku Corporation engages mainly in the collection, transportation and processing of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metals generated at all sorts of demolition sites involving buildings, structures, machinery and other works of engineering, as well as civil construction sites run by general contractors (e.g. shield tunneling and port development projects).

Our Mihama Shipping Yard, which was opened in February 2009 in Shin-minato, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba, is one of the largest scrap iron processing yards in Japan by site area, and we supply the ferrous and nonferrous scrap metals processed there to our customers located throughout East Asia, including Japanese blast-furnace/electric furnace steelmakers.
