April 1988 Establishment of Miyaguchi Steel Corporation. and construction of Matsuo Plant. Entry into the steel-structure steel frame processing market and commencement of manufacture of large, built H-section steel beams (withdrawn in 1995).
July 1990 Construction of Kimoto Kinzoku L.L.C. Matsuo Plant. Entry into the guillotine shear processing and press working of scrap iron/steel for blast furnace/electric furnace steelmakers.
August 1996 Acquisition of a permit for an industrial waste collection and transportation contractor. Permit No. 1200041526(Japan). Entry into the industrial waste collection and transportation market.
May 1997 Acquisition of a Governor of Tokyo permit for a scaffolding and civil construction contractor (general-14). Permit No. 118613(Japan). Entry into the general building demolition market.
January 30, 2002 Reorganization of Kimoto Kinzoku L.L.C. as Kimoto Kinzoku Corporation.
